Volunteer Tree Wardens needed!...
We're looking for one or more volunteers to become Tree Wardens in Little Waltham. You don't need to be a tree expert - just an enthusiast. Training will be arranged, through the Tree Council's national scheme.

This is an ideal opportunity to get involved in caring for the environment in Little Waltham, and would be especially suitable for retired or semi-retired people. For more information about what being a Tree Warden entails, see this leaflet published by the Tree Council.

One project which we have in mind right now, and which volunteer Tree Wardens could really help with, is the future management of "Dick Balfour's Triangle", the triangle of woodland near the Primary School. If you're interested in possibly helping us, please call Peter Brown on 01245 361324 for an informal chat.
